1. Service Engagement & Scope
Gridzign provides managed Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services tailored to support organic visibility and search performance. The standard service plan includes:
- Active targeting and optimization of up to 25 focus keywords per client website.
- Creation and publication of one search-focused blog article per week.
- On-page SEO enhancements including title tags, meta descriptions, and structural formatting.
- Quality-focused backlink acquisition and authority-building activities.
- Unlimited website copy requests, subject to our operational fair-use policy.
- AI search indexing and modern discoverability support.
- Regular search performance tracking, auditing, and analytics integration.
2. Unlimited Copy Requests & Fair-Use Policy
The managed SEO plan offers unlimited website copy requests for pages on the designated client website. To maintain high editorial quality and equitable turnarounds, requests are queued sequentially and delivered one active request at a time during regular business days.
3. Technical Implementation & Website Access
Technical SEO activities (such as sitemap adjustments, schema markup, or code optimizations) require corresponding administrative access to the client's Content Management System (CMS) or web hosting environment. Where access cannot be granted or where proprietary hosting constraints prevent direct implementation, Gridzign will deliver clear technical recommendations for the client's internal development team.
4. Search Engine Algorithms & Ranking Realities
Search engine algorithms (including Google, Bing, and third-party AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity) operate independently. While Gridzign utilizes industry best practices to build lasting organic visibility, search rankings cannot be artificially guaranteed. Gridzign does not claim control over algorithmic updates, competitor activities, or generative AI answers.
5. Subscription, Billing & Currencies
Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis in the client's chosen regional currency:
- United Arab Emirates: AED 799 per month
- Singapore: S$280 per month
- Australia: AU$315 per month
- Saudi Arabia: 825 SAR per month
- United Kingdom: £165 per month
- United States: $220 per month
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Clients may cancel recurring billing at any time with notice prior to their next billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom articles, on-page copy, and written deliverables created by Gridzign and paid for by the client become the intellectual property of the client upon publication.
